My Story

I'm a curious learner and have been exploring spirituality, psychology, and self-growth for over 15 years. I believe in embodying what I learn — experiencing the impact of each approach before bringing it into my work.

My path to becoming a counsellor wasn't a straight line. For years, I navigated the high-pressure environment of the corporate world. While I achieved outward success, I intimately understand the cost of burnout, chronic stress, and the feeling of living out of alignment with your true values.

My travels have given me the chance to learn from different cultures and connect with people from many walks of life. Through these experiences, I've discovered how naturally people open up around me. I've always loved listening to stories, and I would be honoured to have the privilege of hearing yours.

My own experience with life transitions — including the complex, often disorienting process of immigration — profoundly shaped my understanding of identity, loss, and resilience. Having to rebuild a life in a new country taught me that while we cannot control every circumstance, we possess an incredible capacity to adapt and grow when given the right support.

My Philosophy

"Counselling is not only for times of crisis but also a powerful resource for self-discovery and growth."

I believe that true healing engages both the mind and the body. That's why I integrate traditional psychotherapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method, IFS, DBT, and EFT with mindfulness and somatic awareness drawn from my background as a yoga teacher.

Our bodies often hold onto the stress and trauma that our minds try to suppress. By learning to tune into these physical sensations, we can unlock deeper healing.

What to Expect When You Work With Me

In our sessions, you can expect warmth, curiosity, and a non-judgmental space to explore what's on your mind and in your heart. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we'll look at what's been keeping you stuck, build awareness, and work toward meaningful change — one step at a time.

My office offers a relaxed, home-like atmosphere where you can settle into a comfortable sofa, enjoy a cup of tea, and take a moment to breathe. It's a space where you're welcome to rest, reflect, and open your heart.

How We Work Together

My approach is fundamentally collaborative. You are the expert on your own life; my role is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space, alongside clinical expertise and practical tools, to help you navigate whatever you're facing.

I offer sessions in both English and Russian, and I am deeply committed to providing culturally sensitive care. Whether you are dealing with acute anxiety, navigating the delicate postpartum period, grieving a loss, or simply feeling that something needs to change — we will take it one step at a time.
